While the thought of a Friday night wine (or ten) has gotten me through many a tough week, at 42 the hangovers hit differently and I'm fed up of feeling crap on a Saturday and sluggish for days! Just over a month in and this change, combined with more focused fitness efforts— with the help of Bec, my awesome PT — has left me feeling rejuvenated. I'm up with the larks and full of energy! Running, hitting my daily step goals, and clean-eating are now parts of my everyday life.
